This is an abridged version of the main website www.lunapads.com Lunapanties are a wonderful hybrid of underwear and Lunapads that have a fleece gusset panel permanently sewn in, making them an all-in-one replacement for disposable Pads and Pantyliners. Lunapanties make great everyday underwear, and can also be used for light to average flow. The new Lunapanties are now available in four great styles: Brief, Bikini and Hipster styles include a Maxi or Long Liner Insert to adjust absorbency. The Thong does not come with a Liner. Made from 95% Organic Cotton and 5% Lycra for a smooth, snug fit. 100% organic cotton panty gusset panel made of 1 layer of breathable nylon and 1 layer of 100% cotton fleece. Bands hold Luna Liners, enabling you to adjust absorbency and easily freshen the pad throughout the day as needed. The Liner Insert (not Thong) is made from 2 layers of 100% organic cotton fleece. Available in Black and Magenta.

When worn with a Liner Insert Lunapanties can accommodate light to average menstrual flow. Hipster Lunapanty and 1 Basic Liner Average, Everyday, Light-AverageFlow. Sizes XS-LG include 1 Maxi Liner Insert, sizes XL-3XL include 1 Long Liner Insert. Our Hipster style sits low on the hips and provides sensible rear coverage. Similar to a boy short, the Hipster is a stylish option for those who enjoy the happy medium between a low-rise Bikini and a full coverage Brief. Non-elastic legs are another feature of this ultra-comfortable style. Fleece gusset panel also features soft, cotton bands allowing you to add Liner Inserts according to your needs. What are Lunapanties? Lunapanties are actually one of the original Lunapads designs from 1993! Like Lunapads, Lunapanties are made in Vancouver, Canada . All the panties in both colors are made from 100% organic cotton jersey, but the fleece panel in black Lunapanties is made with regular cotton due to it not being available in organic. The fleece panel in cream Lunapanties is 100% organic cotton.

Why would I wear Lunapanties instead of regular underwear?
How do I clean Lunapanties? We recommend natural cleaning products. Heavy stains may also benefit from occasional machine wash and dry in hot settings or air drying in direct sunlight. Please avoid the use of chlorine bleach or fabric softeners to clean Lunapanties, as this will decrease the performance of the products and is harmful to the environment. Lunapanties will shrink slightly if you put them in a hot dryer.
As with regular underwear, you should not wear them for longer than one day without switching to a fresh pair. Lunapads will also fit over your Lunapanties, for heavy flow coverage. With Deluxe Lunapanties, the nylon lining and removable liner feature mean that you can wear them for longer, when your flow is heavier, or even for incontinence. How do I know what size to choose? New Lunapanties are 95% organic cotton and 55 Lycra and will shrink slightly in the washing process, so if you're in between two sizes, please choose the larger one.
